Domestic & International Shipping Policy: IN STOCK PRODUCTS

(Shipment processing time)

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Customer(s) are responsible for all shipping fees.


Domestic & International Shipping Policy: OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS

All orders will be placed to our supplier within 2-3 business days. Once an individual order is placed on our end, shipping typically takes 7-25 days to arrive from our supplier overseas. If you wait to place your order when we are placing a bulk order, shipping times will take 1-2 weeks from our supplier. After receiving the products, they will go through our design manufacturer which can take up to 3-5 business days. Once the product has been designed, Eye 1 Fitness will ship your product via USPS services. If you have further questions regarding our shipping methods, please contact us at 


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: IN STOCK & OUT OF STOCK

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). If you placed an order and your product was “Out of Stock”, you will receive a confirmation email regarding the process of your order. Once we are given the tracking number from USPS, you will be contacted via email regarding your tracking number and information. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please be patient.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Eye 1 Fitness is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



Eye 1 Fitness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
